I didn't like this movie. It went nowhere. I don't know if it was a comedy or an action movie or a psychological thriller. No idea. But I did think the hair was OK UNTIL we got to the scene where Anjelina attends a ball. I could see a hairpin coming out of her updo and it looked like she had it done at a local hair-school.
Then in the next scene she is being questioned by some Russians. In this scene her hair changes 16 times. I wanted to lose my freaking mind!! If it weren't for the fact that I was at the red-carpet event I would have walked out screaming at the top of my lungs. It was up it was down. There were 3 pieces hanging around her face and then there were none. She had it smooth and then it was messy. It was completely out of control. I was shaking I was sooo mad at this poor continuity. Whose fault is this? Is it the stylists?? Is it Anjelina's??
Please movie peeps do something about this. I can't enjoy a movie with all of this going on. To the Tourist's credit.... I wouldn't have enjoyed it anyway.

Four Christmases
The hair in this movie was mostly good. I only have one thing that kind of bugs me. Reese Witherspoon's hair during the "jump-jump" scene. They want to give the illusion that she is feeling like a little kid again and reliving the past a little and they want us to see the "young" version as well. To do this, they lightened her hair slightly for the scene. It is an obvious enhancement. I don't know if they meant to "fool" anyone but I saw it happen!
The Wrestler
OK. I didn't care for this movie. But whatever.
The fact that I was suppose to believe that Mickey Rourke was getting his hair colored in the movie is such a laugh! He had it done a couple of times and both times he still had roots!!! Also, he had hair extensions which were never addressed! The movie people thought we wouldn't notice the extensions and that in "make believe land" we could let it go if we did notice. NOT true! If you are going to color his hair then you may want to add the extensions since they were obviously extensions!!! And next time, when someone colors his hair to touch up his roots GET RID OF THE ROOTS!!!!!

A SIngle Man
The hair in this Tom Ford movie was a "hot mess". Colin Firth looked great. The house was amazing. The car was perfect. Julie Ann Moore's hair is where this movie lost my respect.
The scene where Colin goes to Julie Ann's for dinner and she has her hair in a "up do". There is a kink in the hair to the side of the part from a curling iron. Which is fine because we are believing that Julie Ann did her own hair. Then the hair is changed at least 6 times during this whole scene. Obviously someone didn't like her hair and kept fixing it. What they didn't do was look at the consistency of the scene.
As a hairstylist I find this extremely annoying!!! Do you think I wouldn't notice? We notice!! So stop treating the audience as people who wouldn't know the difference. It is offensive!
